Gentleman Movie Review

Story: Aishwarya (Surabhi) and Catherine (Nivetha Thomas) meet in a flight from London to Hyderabad. They started to share their love stories to pass the time of their journey. Catherine is a VFX artist and she meets Gautham (Nani) at marriage of their friend and both falls in love. On the other side, Aishwarya who is the daughter of rich businessman, is engaged with successful businessman Jai (Nani). During the trip to Kodaikanal, they fall in the love of each other. The trips and stories ends here. Twist arises in the story, when Catherine came to know that Gautham and Jai are exactly looking same. She was shocked when she heard that Gautham died in an accident. What is the reality of Gautham and Jai? What happened to Gautham? To know these answers, one should watch the movie on silver screen.

Performance: Nani has does fantastic job and pulled off his role with earnestness. He looks simple but his body languages and powerful expressions grabbed the attention of the audiences. He steals the show by his wonderful performance. He is seen in a different avatar and has a good onscreen charisma. Niveda Thomas as Catherine, delivered her best. She has done an outstanding job. Surabhi has done justification with her performance. The character of Surabhi etched well, and she looks gorgeous on screen. Both actresses attracted the audiences by their pretty looks. The chemistry between Nani and the two actresses Niveda Thomas and Surabhi is amazing. Surabhi got much screen space in the first half but Niveda role gets better in second half. Srinivas Avasarala performed well. Vennela Kishore, Satyam Rajesh and Sri Mukhi have ably supported.

Technical: The music is composed by Mani Sharma, is one of the highlight of the movie. All the songs are picturaised well and received lot of applause. His background music is foot tapping and heart touching. His music elevates the emotion scenes to the next level. Production value is good. Cinematography is handled by P G Vindha is nice. Screenplay and the way to narrate the story is good. Editing is neat and up to the mark. Action sequences are choreographed well. The dialogues of the movie are worth applause.

Plus Points:
The performance of Nani and Niveda
Glamour of Surabhi
Suspense and twists
Music

Minus Points:
The first half little bit dragged
